Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
This policy explains how we ship orders from sorryaboutmondays.com. The store is operated by Hound Dogs Club LLC d/b/a SORRY ABOUT MONDAYS™ ("we", "us", "our").
WHERE WE SHIP
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
- We roast in small batches. Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- If we cannot ship your order within this time, we email you and let you choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
- Pre-orders ship by the estimated ship date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. See our Cancellation Policy.
- Subscription orders ship after each billing date, within the same processing time.
SHIPPING RATES
- Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, based on your address and order.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes). The free shipping option appears at checkout when your order qualifies.
- For subscriptions, the shipping cost shown at checkout when you subscribe applies to each delivery.
CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
- We ship with trusted U.S. carriers. Available carriers, shipping speeds and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
- Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order.
- To change your address, email us at info@sorryaboutmondays.com as soon as possible. We can only change it before your order ships.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Lost and damaged packages are handled as described in our Refund Policy, including our Quality Guarantee.
- If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
